HOW TO GET TO US
• From the Airports of Venice "Marco Polo" and Treviso "Canova"
Cortina shuttle service: a service reserved for guests staying in Cortina's hotels. On Saturdays and Sundays a bus service will take you from Venice airport directly to your hotel and vice versa.
Terravision Low Cost Transfer: this service will take you from the airports to the square outside the station in the centre of Cortina and vice versa. It is not linked to any particular flight or hotel booking and operates on Saturdays and Sundays.
Transfer Cortina express: operates to and from Venice's Marco Polo airport and leaves the airport from outside the Arrivals Terminal and Cortina from the bus station.
• By car
Arriving from the south, Cortina d'Ampezzo can be reached using the A27 motorway, taking the Pian di Vedoia exit and following the signs for Pieve di Cadore. The hotel is in the centre of Cortina heading north and following the signs for the Post Office.
Arriving from the north on the A22 motorway, take the Bressanone exit and join the Val Pusteria highway in the direction of Dobbiaco. In Dobbiaco take the turn off for Cortina. The hotel is located in the centre of Cortina.
• By train
The Italian State Railways "Trains to the Mountains" initiative operates Eurostar trains from Rome's Termini and Milan's Centrale stations to Venezia-Mestre station from where it is possible to board a special bus service to Cortina that coincides with train departures and arrivals.
A bus service, timed to coincide with train times, leaves the Venezia S. Lucia-Calalzo di Cadore railway line which is 35km from Cortina.
To the north runs the Fortezza-Dobbiaco line. Here too there is a SII bus service to Cortina. The journey time from Fortezza to Cortina is approximately 2 hours (train + bus).
• By Bus
Cortina bus station is in the centre of town in Via Marconi and direct bus services leave Cortina for some northern Italian cities throughout the peak season. There are also regular services to and from Venice that stop in Mestre and Treviso. During the peak season the service operates every day, whilst at other times of the year it runs only on Saturdays and Sundays.
